PAYMENTS

Q: Which Payment method do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and Money Order only for United State.

Items will not be shipped until the payment has cleared, please keep this in mind when choosing to pay via money order. We reserve the right to hold any shipment as a precaution if we believe the payment may be fraudulent.

We reserve the right to reverse a payment for any reason including, but not limited to:
-Fraudulent payment
-No Inventory
-Un-deliverable Shipping Address
-Any conditions we consider in violation of our Terms of Use

ORDERS

Q: How long it takes to get my order ship?
A: Orders are ship out 2-3 Days after the payment is clear. In some cases can take 5 days depending on the product. Custom orders can take 7-14 days for production and be ship out. DTG and heat vinyl t-shirts can take 7-14 days due to high volume.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will need to register an account during your checkout. Then you can check the status, tracking number, and other information ones you log in. Also if you use PayPal as a payment method, you will get an email.

SHIPPING

Q: What method is used to ship out?
A: Products are shipped through USPS and we offer various methods. Some products are shipped through ePack and in some cases like heavy orders will be ship with UPS or FEDEX.

-We do not ship on Sundays and holidays
-UPS or FEDEX do not ship to P.O. Box address

United State
Standard Shipping can takes 2-10 business days.
Priority Mail can take 2-3 business days. (if available)

International
Standard Shipping can take 7-30 business days.
Priority Mail can take 7-11 Business Days. (if available)

Q: Where do you ship International?
A: Globally. Our most tops are Puerto Rico, Canada, Hawaii, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Italy, Mexico, Chile, and others.

Q: Do you offer tracking number?
A: Yes. All shipping prices include tracking information unless otherwise specified. Also, note that in some country cannot be traceable. 

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Any revisions to the shipping address must be submitted before tracking information has been received. Reshipping due to incorrect shipping address will be at buyers expense. Shipping is non-refundable, the money is used for postage and cannot be recovered. Multiple items purchased may be shipped together or separate depending on availability and viability. It will not affect the shipping and handling charge. Lost packages can be claimed after 30 days (for domestic) and 90 days (for international). We will monitor the status on the delivery confirmation.
